Lifeline Northern Beaches also offers a Gambling Support Group that may be effective in addition to individual counselling. Find out more about the group by clicking here.
Counselling very often involves a process of clarifying the issues, encouraging self-awareness, exploring available options, and developing coping strategies. As well as helping clients to develop the behaviour patterns, skills, tools and techniques to deal with their issues, our face-to-face counsellors may refer clients to additional specialists and services if needed.
