Lifeline Northern Beaches is responding to the largest societal challenge we have seen in decades.
As always, Lifeline is connecting with people in crisis and at risk of suicide. Our services are available to anyone who is finding it difficult to cope; feeling overwhelmed, anxious or isolated; or needs support.
We know that these stresses can lead people to contemplate suicide, which is why Lifeline is so important.
You can help Lifeline Northern Beaches save lives with a donation.
We rely on Lifeline Shops, Book Fairs and fundraising events to fund our services: phone, text and counselling. But we have had to temporarily close our retail stores, cancel our Book Fairs and postpone fundraising events for the next few months. This is a significant reduction in funding for our services.
This is one time you CAN make a difference, and you can help us answer more calls.
Donate to our 2020 Appeal and you’ll ensure our capacity to provide crisis support and suicide prevention services to people right here on the northern beaches is maintained.
It costs $27.96 to answer a call that could end up saving a life.
Every donation helps fund our core services: including suicide prevention, counselling and financial counselling. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.
Remember, Lifeline is here for you and yours – 24 hours a day, seven days a week – on 13 11 14. Please stay connected and stay well. Thank you in advance for your generous support.
