There’s little doubt that experiencing abuse at a young age has a lasting impact on a person’s life. At Lifeline Northern Beaches, we are offer a support group dedicated to women survivors of childhood abuse and trauma, aiming to create a safe place to share experiences and coping strategies.

If you are interested in taking part we would love to hear from you. If there aren’t enough people to run a group at the time you need, we do offer Face-to-face counselling as an alternative.
